URI turns 40 in 2020!

This October 22nd, our virtual URI Celebration will recognize the strength and resilience of our clients, honor the dedication of our partners, and give thanks to our strongest supporters. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, guests from across the country will be able to celebrate with us from the safety and comfort of their own homes this year. Join us for an evening of hope, inspiration, and community. We look forward to celebrating our 40th anniversary with you!

Program

The Gala program will provide a first-hand look at the vital work of URI addressing homelessness and domestic violence prevention, intervention and services. The show will include a virtual "look behind the scenes" of our shelter facilities with Jackie Fabulous, engaging Q&A’s with senior leadership and celebrity interviewers on our 40 years of impact, and moving conversations with URI supporters, staff, and clients, including those impacted by domestic violence.

Special guests supporting the event include: Aisha Tyler, Annie Potts, Jackie Fabulous, Joy Taylor, and Whitney Cummings. We look forward to celebrating our 40th anniversary with you!
