Nate brings a wealth of experience and expertise to URI, and his role will encompass providing strategic leadership to the organization’s clinical staff across its four program departments: Domestic Violence Residential Programs, Homeless Families Residential Programs, Justice Initiatives, and Quality Improvement and Education Training (QIET).

As Clinical Director, Nate will be responsible for overseeing clinical training, supervision, and policy direction, ensuring adherence to best-practice service delivery standards, and maintaining compliance with licensing regulations and ethical standards. Nate will serve as a thought leader, providing consultation and guidance to all programs where clinical services are provided.

He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a strong commitment to community-based interventions, particularly in the areas of intimate partner violence and community healing.
