Philip Tugendrajch is a principal of E T Partners LLC, a real estate development and consulting firm with a focus on affordable housing. He has extensive experience with New York City government land use matters having directed the City’s acquisition program for the Department of General Services. In the private sector, Mr. Tugendrajch has been involved in multiple development projects requiring complex subsidy financing and government approvals. He is also a long serving board member of the ACE Mentor Program of Greater New York, Inc. which mentors high school students in the fields of architecture, construction and engineering.
Mr. Tugendrajch has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology/Archaeology from the University of Michigan and received a JD from New York University School of Law.
