Dr. Natalie Richardson is Vice President of Programs for Homeless Families at Urban Resource Institute. She was previously the Founder and Executive Director of Community Warm Hands & Heart, Inc., a nonprofit that provides management services to other nonprofits. Dr. Richardson has extensive experience working in homeless services and has served as Director of Residential Programs and Community Services and a member of the executive management team at Heritage Health and Housing, Inc.; Project/Shelter Director of SCO Family of Services, Inc.; Executive Manager and Director of Susan’s Place at Care for the Homeless, Inc., and Deputy Executive Director of Veritas Therapeutic Community, Inc. Dr. Richardson published a dissertation on predictors of nonprofit executive succession planning. She holds a PhD in Human Services from Capella University, specializing in Management of Nonprofit Agencies and also holds a Post-Masters Certificate in Clinical Supervision from NYU School of Social Work, an Advanced Professional Certificate in Public Administration from NYU Robert Wagner Graduate School, a MS in Communication Arts from College of New Rochelle, and a BA in Health Communications and Public relations from College of New Rochelle. Dr. Richardson enjoys traveling, reading, and working out in her free time.
