The RAPP Supervisor provides training and administrative and clinical supervision to RAPP coordinators, and serves as a liaison with school administrators. Assist in the orientation and training of new RAPP Coordinators. Provide individual clinical supervision twice per month to RAPP Coordinators. Visit each assigned school site every two weeks to address any existing issues at the school. Review case records and other documents to ensure appropriate and accurate documentation. Review monthly statistics and ensure that each program site is in compliance with contract requirements. Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators. Provide direct program services in the event of a lengthy absence by a RAPP Coordinator. Licensed Masters of Social Work. Minimum one year experience providing social services to youth. Minimum one year experience providing clinical supervision.
