Learning & Development Director


Develop and implement organizations Learning and Development Strategic Plan. Deliver training programs throughout the organization. Training includes soft skills, supervisory, technical, legal, and new hire orientation. Create monthly training schedules; formulates training outline and determines instructional methods such as individual and group training; facilitate training courses through online or onsite training sessions; create and administer training surveys; develops training aids and materials; seek methods to improve training procedures; amend and revise programs as necessary. Bachelor’s Degree in OD, Communications, Education, or Business. Master’s Degree preferred; six years of HR experience; and four or more years delivering training to and authoring content for various audiences, preferably in a non-profit setting.
